Two classes from our school (Robertson. gr5, rm 21 and gr2, rm 2) went to see the Bears on Broadway on Wednesday June 8. It was such a cold, wet and miserable day that we could only view them through the foggy windows of our bus as we drove around looking at them, but you should have heard the ooohs and aaaahs as the kids saw all the magnificent creations out there. When we got back the kids made their own display of bears on large pieces of paper and wrote about what they saw on Broadway and about how the project raised money for cancer. What a great idea! Theyu all vowed to go back with their families to see them again!
